Our fully managed bar service provides everything you need for your bar, right through to the legal aspect of obtaining a license for your event. This will enable you to relax and leave all the arrangements for your bar to us. You just decide on which of the 3 options below you require
The costs below are inclusive of everything, all we add is travel.
COSTS:
Hire costs
£150 hire – min bar spend £600 - approx 80-100 guests
£100 hire – min bar spend £800 – approx 100-120 guests
Free hire – min bar spend £1200 – approx over 120 guests
Costs above include:
License applied for.
Setting up a solid bar counter with colour changing front.
The back bar display and fridge.
Fully stocked bar.
2 Beer pumps and cooler including gas.
Smart and professional bar staff.
Full Public Liability insurance cover.
Pre arranged drinks of your choice.
Choice of pay or free bars to suit your needs.

Normal Pay Bar.
This is our most popular option when we apply for your license. Your guests then purchase drinks at the bar at very reasonable prices.

All-inclusive.
This is a free bar for all your guests throughout your event, including all spirits, draught products and bottled beers. A deposit is taken and any unused money will be refunded.
Bar Tab.
We can run a tab to your agreed limit, after which your guests then revert to paying for their own drinks.

Bar hire only
We will deliver and set up your fully operational bar
This option is our rental and installation service, where you hire our equipment and serve yourself. This is a very versatile service, leaving you to add options such as keg beers, bar units, bottle chillers napkins, straws, ice, glasses and even our staff.
The choice is yours!!!
Bar – Stainless steel, colour changing back lit bar.
This can be a slow colour changing LED back lighting effect to create a classy touch to your function. Alternatively it can be set to one colour to suit your colour scheme
Hire for this bar is £250 fully set up
Additionally you can add any of the following.

Smartly uniformed professional staff can be hired to serve you when you rent our bar

We can arrange a temporary event notice which means we can apply and sell liquor almost anywhere. These notices can allow unlicensed premises to sell liquor and may include a restaurant without a license, a town hall, village hall, marquees, barns, stately homes, castles, gardens or even a field, the list is endless. |
