Choose our Fully managed bar and leave everything to us. We organise and provide staff,
glassware, and even fruit & ice, you then have the options of Normal, All-Inclusive or Bar tab.
Our 2nd option is Bar hire only - where you hire the bar and add extras to it depending on your requirements

Fully managed Bar
Our fully managed bar service provides everything you need for your bar, right through to the legal aspect of obtaining a license for your event. This will enable you to relax and leave all the arrangements for your bar to us.
The costs below are inclusive of everything, all we add is travel.
COSTS:
Hire costs
£200 hire - with a minimum spend of £400 over the bar.
Normally for up to approximately 80 guests
£150 - with a minimum spend of £800 - 80-100 guests
£100 - with a minimum spend of £1000 - 100-120 guests
£50 - with a minimum spend of £1200 - 120-140 guests
Free - with a minimum spend of £1500 - 140+ guests
Example – You are getting married in York and there will be approximately 150 guests. Most of them will be drinking, some children and some drivers. We would anticipate the spend over the bar to in the region of £1200.
The costs to you would be as follows - £50 hire plus £20 travel. With a returnable deposit of £250 to ensure £1200 is spent over the bar by your guests.
Total payable £320 of which £250 is returned.

You can also hire all your glassware from us for your welcome drink, toast and table wine/water. We have classy wine and champagne flutes along with Highballs for your water. These are provided to you polished and we will take away to be washed. We can also provide serve your Welcome drink and Toast for you as required
Additionally to the normal pay bar you can also set up a bar tab to an agreed limit or provide your guests with an all inclusive bar either all night or up to a certain time.

Bar hire only
We will deliver and set up your fully operational bar
This option is our rental and installation service, where you hire our equipment and serve yourself. This is a very versatile service, leaving you to add options such as keg beers, bar units, bottle chillers napkins, straws, ice, glasses and even our staff.
The choice is yours!!!
Bar – Stainless steel, colour changing back lit bar.
This can be a slow colour changing LED back lighting effect to create a classy touch to your function. Alternatively it can be set to one colour to suit your colour scheme
Hire for this bar is £275 fully set up

Smartly uniformed professional staff can be hired to serve you when you rent our bar.
